Salary: $150,000 - $205,000 per year
A bit about us: A rapidly growing California consumer rights litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to handle a dynamic civil litigation caseload focused on consumer warranty matters. Job Details Responsibilities
- Manage cases from complaint through resolution, including motions, depositions, mediations, settlements, and trial preparation
- Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and related proceedings
- Conduct and defend depositions and manage all phases of discovery
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, demand letters, and settlement agreements
- Handle mediations and settlement negotiations
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy
