Legal Tech & Legal Ops Consultant

**Legal Technology is transforming how in\-house teams across the UAE operate and our clients are looking for specialists who can lead that change from the inside.** As a Legal Tech Consultant at RAYNE, you won't just advise on technology. You'll be embedded directly into client organisations, working as a true extension of their legal and operations teams to drive real, lasting transformation. Secondments vary in length and scope across different sectors, while you remain fully supported by the RAYNE team throughout. Our model is built on trust, flexibility, and long\-term relationships with both our clients and our consultants. We work with some of the UAE's most recognised brands and government entities and demand for legal tech expertise across our client base has never been higher. **What you'll be doing:** * Leading the implementation and management of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and document automation platforms * Driving legal operations and process improvement initiatives within in\-house legal functions * Deploying AI\-powered legal tools and advising on how technology can improve efficiency and reduce risk * Supporting digital transformation projects and helping build scalable legal tech solutions for corporate legal teams * Acting as the bridge between legal, IT and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful change **What we are looking for:** * A qualified lawyer or legal operations professional with hands\-on legal tech experience * Mid to senior level \- typically 5–12 years' experience, flexible depending on the role * Experience working in\-house within a corporate legal function * Familiarity with legal tech platforms across CLM, AI, automation and legal ops \- such as Ironclad, Icertis, ContractPodAi, Luminance or similar * Adaptable, pragmatic and comfortable working autonomously as well as part of a team * A consultant mindset \- someone who enjoys working closely with the business and driving real outcomes * Fluent English required; Arabic would be advantageous **Why RAYNE?** * Access to high\-quality in\-house secondments with some of the UAE's most respected organisations * Exposure to different sectors, teams and working environments — no two secondments are the same * A consultancy built on relationships, transparency and trust * Ongoing support before, during and after each secondment * Flexible and adaptable working options that work for you If you are a legal tech professional looking for a more flexible, high\-quality way of working without compromising on the calibre of work or clients, we'd love to hear from you.
