Legal Manager

We’re Hiring: Legal Manager / Legal Counsel Abu Dhabi, UAE We are looking for an experienced Legal Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving complex, high\-value transactions across multiple jurisdictions. This position will report directly to the Head of Legal and support strategic business growth initiatives. **Role Overview** You will lead and manage legal matters related to mergers \& acquisitions, joint ventures, and real estate transactions—ensuring risks are identified, mitigated, and aligned with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead legal due diligence for M\&A transactions • Draft and negotiate SPA, SHA, MOA, and related agreements • Advise on joint venture structures, governance, and exit strategies • Oversee legal aspects of real estate acquisitions, developments, and leasing • Provide strategic legal advisory to senior stakeholders • Ensure compliance with UAE and international regulations • Manage external counsel and mentor junior team members **Requirements** • LLB (LLM preferred) and qualified lawyer • 12–15 years of relevant legal experience • Strong background in M\&A, joint ventures, and real estate • Experience with a real estate developer or top\-tier law firm preferred • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills If you are a commercially minded legal professional ready to take on a strategic leadership role, we’d love to hear from you.
