Legal Counsel

Visioneers is seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to join our team and provide comprehensive legal support across our digital media and content creation operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling corporate legal matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising on intellectual property rights within the UAE and the wider region. This role requires a proactive legal professional capable of facilitating business growth while mitigating legal risks and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations. **Requirements** Candidates must possess a law degree (LLB or equivalent) with at least 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in media, digital content, or technology sectors. A strong knowledge of UAE commercial law, contract drafting, and negotiation skills is essential. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams, and experience managing compliance and regulatory issues in a dynamic environment.
