Working alongside ambitious experts in legal and financial field, you will be involved in a wide range of matters. You will report directly to the Head of Legal. **This is a remote opportunity, we work in UK/EU timezone.** **Responsibilities** * Management of various legal projects and external counsel * Negotiation and drafing of contracts * Asessment of legal risks and implementation of risk strategies together with senior managment * Regulatory compliance * Conflict management **Requirements** * 2\-5 years of experience in legal * Consulting, M\&A and/or dispute resolution experience will be an advantage * Bachelor degree in law; Master degree in law from a foreign university (LLM) (including pending) \- students during their LLM studies could be a good fit * Full professional proficiency in English is a must; Spanish/ Portuguese will be an advantage **We offer** * Remote first environment and collaboration. * Work on international luxury hospitality projects. * A truly global team (30\+ nationalities). * Growth opportunities within the Legal function as we scale. * The chance to help build a luxury hospitality brand aiming to become \#1 worldwide.
