We are looking for a highly organized and detail\-oriented Legal Counsel (2\+ PQE) who is motivated by working in the sports and entertainment industry to join our team. Our Legal Team plays a key role in this fast\-paced, high\-growth and entrepreneurial organisation at the heart of the sports industry, enabling the business across all clients, teams and geographies. This role provides significant scope for career growth and personal development, with every day providing new opportunities to have a direct impact on cutting\-edge sports, entertainment and technology matters and be a key stakeholder in the continuing growth of Two Circles. **Legal Counsel** Providing a broad range of valuable legal advice, with a particular focus on supporting our Content capability \- our team which helps with creative strategy and delivery for our Clients' social media \& wider digital presence. Developing wide expertise as a generalist in\-house counsel and advising colleagues across other areas of law as required (including commercial contracts, data protection, IP, corporate, employment and regulatory) \- we don't expect you to be an expert in all these areas but an ambition to broaden your experience will be crucial. Leading impactful business change programmes, such as innovative implementation of legal tech \& AI tools as Two Circles continues to scale globally **Requirements** 2\+ PQE of legal experience, ideally with in\-house experience or in private practice in a leading commercial/TMT team. Qualified to practice law in England and Wales or other appropriate jurisdiction (having trained and qualified at a leading City or international firm). Experience working in\-house (including on secondment with a business in the sports or entertainment industries) and a desire to take a hands\-on approach for developing the business from within is a plus. A proven problem solver is vital to succeed in this role. The role will require a willingness to dive into ambiguous issues and situations, requiring you to be a creative problem solver resulting in commercially\-savvy solutions. Exceptional attention to detail alongside effective written and oral communication with a proven ability to deliver clear and commercially focussed advice. Strong organisational skills and ability to multi\-task and optimally assess priorities in a fast\-paced environment. **Desirable** Previous sports, media and/or entertainment industry experience is desirable. A strong understanding of the business of sports and entertainment, the various structures and stakeholders within the industry, and a real ambition to build a long\-term career within sport and entertainment are crucial. International legal experience and/or any foreign language ability to a working professional standard would be a plus.
