Legal Counsel

**About the Role** We are looking for a skilled and business\-oriented Legal Counsel at TAC Security. The role involves advising on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and cybersecurity\-related legal matters while enabling business growth in a fast\-paced tech environment. **Key Responsibilities** * **Contract Management:** * **Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements including NDAs, vendor contracts, client agreements, SaaS contracts, and partnership agreements.** * **Regulatory \& Compliance:** * Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection, cybersecurity, and IT laws (e.g., Labour Laws, Indian IT Act). * **Legal Advisory:** * Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders on business operations, risk mitigation, and strategic initiatives. * **Corporate Governance:** * Support corporate legal matters including board documentation, statutory filings, and corporate structuring. * **Risk Management:** * Identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, especially in cybersecurity and data privacy domains. * **Litigation Management:** * Coordinate with external counsel on disputes, litigation, and regulatory matters. * **Policy Development:** * Draft and implement internal legal policies, compliance frameworks, and standard operating procedures. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred * 4–8 years of relevant legal experience (law firm or in\-house, p **referably in tech/cybersecurity)** * Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and data protection regulations * Experience handling international contracts is a plus **Skills \& Competencies** * Excellent drafting and negotiation skills * Business acumen and ability to work cross\-functionally * High attention to detail and problem\-solving mindset * Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment
