Chandra Jewellers is synonymous with trust and elegance. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role for a Legal Counsel based at our corporate office in Kolkata. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing contract negotiations, and addressing legal issues to ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to mitigate risks and ensure company policies align with regulatory requirements. **Qualifications** • LL.B / LL.M from a recognised institution and minimum 10 years of work experience • Strong understanding of Indian corporate and labour law framework • Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills • Ability to independently handle complex legal matters with discretion and professionalism • Prior experience as in\-house counsel or with reputed law firms/corporates preferred
