**Job Title:** Legal Counsel – Commercial \& Digital (GCC and Levant) **Location:** Dubai **Reporting Line:** Reports directly to the MENA General Counsel **Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and business\-oriented Legal Counsel to join our MENA legal team. This role is ideal for a mid\-level professional (3–5 years of experience) who is eager to operate in a fast\-paced, high\-demand environment and contribute meaningfully to business growth while ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance. The position offers significant exposure to strategic commercial matters, with a strong focus on e\-commerce, digital transformation, and AI\-driven initiatives within the Group. **Key Responsibilities** **Commercial \& Contractual Support** Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (distribution, services, marketing, partnerships, etc.) Provide pragmatic, solution\-oriented legal advice to business teams Ensure alignment with Group policies and applicable laws across MENA Anticipate risks and propose mitigation strategies supporting business continuity **E\-commerce \& Digital Projects** Act as a legal partner for e\-commerce initiatives Support digital platforms, online sales models, and omnichannel strategies Advise on consumer protection, T\&Cs, and platform liability **AI \& Innovation** Support AI\-related projects (development, deployment, use) Assess risks linked to data, IP, and emerging regulations Contribute to internal governance frameworks for responsible AI use **Legal Risk Management \& Compliance** Ensure compliance with relevant laws (including competition, consumer, and data privacy) Support internal stakeholders in risk identification and management Contribute to legal guidelines and best practices **Business Partnering** Act as a trusted advisor to cross\-functional teams Provide clear, business\-oriented legal advice Balance legal risks with commercial objectives **Profile \& Qualifications** 3–5 years of relevant legal experience (law firm and/or in\-house) Law degree from a reputable university Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory) French is a plus **Key Competencies** Strong commercial contracts expertise Strong interest in e\-commerce, digital transformation, and AI Business\-oriented mindset with practical approach High autonomy and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to perform under pressure in a demanding environment This is an exciting opportunity offering strong exposure to strategic projects and close interaction with senior leadership within a fast\-paced and dynamic environment.
