Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel Location: Abu Dhabi We are supporting a high\-growth, technology\-led organisation as they look to appoint a **Legal Counsel** to join their in\-house team. This is a broad, commercially focused role, ideal for a lawyer who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders and contributing to business growth in a fast\-paced environment. **The Role** You will act as a key legal partner to the business, advising across a wide range of matters including commercial contracts, regulatory considerations, and strategic initiatives. * Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements (supplier, customer, partnership, and technology contracts) * Providing practical, business\-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders * Supporting on regulatory and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions * Advising on risk management and corporate governance frameworks * Working closely with senior leadership on strategic projects and expansion initiatives * Managing external counsel where required **Requirements** * Qualified lawyer (common law jurisdiction preferred) * 4–8 years’ PQE (flexible depending on experience) * Experience within a reputable law firm and/or in\-house environment * Strong background in commercial contracts and general corporate matters * Exposure to technology, digital, or regulated sectors is advantageous * Ability to operate in a fast\-paced, evolving environment * Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, solutions\-focused approach
