My client, a fast-growing international organisation, is seeking a Legal Counsel (Contracts \& Compliance) to join their expanding legal team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to play a key role in supporting legal operations across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong focus on commercial contracts, compliance and risk management

Responsibiliti**

• esDraft, review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including client contracts, supplier agreements, NDAs and licensing arrangemen
• tsManage the contract lifecycle, ensuring key obligations, renewals and contractual risks are effectively monitor
• edProvide legal support during commercial proposals and tender process
• esAssist with the implementation and monitoring of internal compliance policies and procedur
• esSupport compliance across areas including data protection, anti-bribery and regulatory requiremen
• tsConduct legal research and provide advice on a variety of commercial and corporate matte
• rsLiaise with external legal advisers across multiple jurisdictions where requir
• edMaintain legal documentation, templates and knowledge management syste
