The result is the world’s biggest exchange, working with two\-thirds of America’s leading carriers and connecting more people with ways to protect the things they value. **In this position, you will…** …be responsible for providing expert SaaS and technology legal support as a member of the US legal function for various business critical initiatives and functions, including supporting the sales contracting process from end to end, supporting development of new products (including AI), participating in risk management, and staying current on trends and new regulations to support the company’s strategic objectives and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. **You will be responsible for…** **Business Partnering** * Be a trusted strategic partner providing solution\-oriented guidance and innovation to all bolt business units * Provide business\-strategy\-aligned legal and compliance support to all bolt business units, with an initial focus on Sales and Product * Identify and resolve legal and regulatory issues in a way that meets business objectives * Provide support to product, development, and distribution teams * Promote awareness of new laws and regulations and monitor ongoing compliance **Risk Monitoring and Review** * Periodic and proactive review of legal and compliance requirements to anticipate legal issues that could impact bolt businesses * Review public communications, including advertising and marketing materials, to ensure compliance with any legal requirements and mitigate risk **Legal Counsel** * Collaborate with various business units to assess and mitigate legal risks associated with new technologies, product development, and digital initiatives * Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial templates and contracts, including SaaS and other product licensing agreements, data protection agreements (DPAs), technology procurement contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and vendor agreements * Assist in efforts to increase efficiency and speed in maintenance, delivery, and negotiation of business contracts * Advise on legal issues as needed by bolt business units, including artificial intelligence and cybersecurity * Monitor and analyze legislative developments affecting the tech industry * Foster and uphold a culture of compliance and ethical standards for bolt **For you to be successful…** …we expect you to be able to demonstrate the following key competencies;
