**🚨 WE’RE HIRING: Legal Counsel / Legal Executive (Bilingual – English \& Chinese)**
Are you a
**licensed lawyer**
with strong corporate experience and fluent in
**Mandarin \+ English**

**🔥 What You’ll Be Doing**
• Lead corporate legal work (incorporation, restructuring, governance)
• Draft \& review contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Support
**regulated license applications**
(fintech, gaming, financial services)
• Work closely with
**clients, regulators, banks \& external law firms**
• Handle
**KYC, AML \& due diligence processes**
• Manage cross\-border legal matters across multiple jurisdictions
• Translate and draft documents in
**English \& Chinese**
**🎯 Who We’re Looking For**
✔ Licensed lawyer (any jurisdiction)
✔ 2–6 years experience (law firm / in\-house / corporate services)
✔ Strong in corporate, compliance, or regulatory matters
✔ Fluent in
**English \& Mandarin (spoken \& written)**
✔ Detail\-oriented, commercially aware, and proactive
