🚀 The Role
As Legal Counsel, you will act as a
**trusted advisor to the business**
, partnering closely with commercial, digital and engineering teams.
You’ll operate in a fast\-paced, evolving environment where no two days are the same, with exposure to cutting\-edge projects across technology and innovation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of
**commercial agreements**
(supplier, customer, licensing, collaboration, confidentiality)
* Acting as a
**business partner**
to key divisions, providing pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice
* Supporting
**complex transactions and strategic initiatives**
alongside senior legal leadership
* Advising on legal risk and ensuring compliance across a growing international business
* Collaborating with colleagues across
**risk, compliance, IP and commercial functions**
* Contributing to the development of
**legal processes, templates and efficiencies**
🎯 What We’re Looking For
* Strong academic background with
**qualified solicitor experience**
* Experience gained in
**private practice and/or in\-house**
* Proven experience in
**commercial contract drafting and negotiation**
* Exposure to
**technology, digital or IP\-related matters**
* A commercially minded, pragmatic approach to legal advice
* Ability to work closely with stakeholders in a fast\-moving environment
