Legal Counsel

We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to support our operations across the UAE and KSA. Key responsibilities include: • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and supplier contracts • Supporting sales, supply chain, HR, and operational teams on legal matters • Ensuring compliance with corporate, employment, data protection and regulatory requirements • Managing legal risks, contract lifecycle and statutory obligations • Supporting special projects including M\&A, compliance and data protection initiatives 🎓 Education \& Qualification: • Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) in a common law jurisdiction The ideal candidate will have strong commercial legal experience, excellent negotiation skills, and knowledge of GCC regulations with flexibility to travel when required.
