The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, preparing course materials, and assessing student performance. Additionally, they will contribute to curriculum development, mentor students, and stay updated on industry trends to ensure the academic content is current and relevant. Collaboration with colleagues on research and departmental activities will also be an essential part of this role. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in Interior Design principles, design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite), and space planning * Strong skills in teaching, curriculum development, and student assessment * Experience with research methodologies and the ability to contribute to academic publications or projects * Excellent communication, presentation, and mentorship abilities * Knowledge of current industry trends and practices in Interior Design * Master's degree (or higher) in Interior Design or a related field * Previous academic or professional experience in design education is an advantage
