Role Description This is a full\-time, on\-site role for a Lead Teacher in the Nursery \& Kindergarten program at our Noida location. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for designing engaging lesson plans, delivering age\-appropriate educational activities, fostering creativity through play\-based and experiential learning, and ensuring a nurturing environment for every child. Additional responsibilities include monitoring child development, communicating with parents/guardians, and maintaining a structured yet flexible classroom that prioritizes emotional well\-being and growth. **Qualifications** Proficiency in Early Childhood Education practices, curriculum planning, and creating age\-appropriate learning activitiesExperience with classroom management, behavior guidance, and fostering emotional growth in young childrenSkilled in effective communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed and engaged in a child's developmentAbility to create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes creativity and individualityPatience, empathy, and a passion for early childhood educationMinimum Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related fieldPrior experience as a teacher or educator in a nursery/kindergarten setting is preferredCertification in first aid and child safety measures is a plus
