Lead Structural Design Engineer

The role involves leading design projects, managing teams, ensuring compliance with international codes, and delivering high\-quality structural engineering solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare schematic and detailed structural designs including calculations and drawings * Lead and manage a team of detailers and engineers * Oversee design of steel, RCC, composite, wood, and light gauge structures * Ensure quality checks of design outputs and 3D models * Coordinate with cross\-functional teams for project execution * Manage project estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery * Ensure compliance with international design standards and codes **Must\-Have Qualifications** * 8 15 years of experience in structural design (building structures preferred) * Strong expertise in RCC (Reinforced Concrete) design * Hands\-on experience with ETABS / STAAD Pro / SAFE (any 1 2\) * Knowledge of US Codes: ACI / AISC / ASCE * Experience in team handling and project management * Strong communication and coordination skills * Experience with Tekla, Revit Structure, or Advance Steel * Exposure to BIM and 3D modeling tools
