Job Description
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly experienced and analytical Lead – Performance Management to oversee and drive the end\-to\-end performance management lifecycle across the organization. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving performance systems, ensuring alignment between individual, departmental, and organizational goals through KPIs, Balanced Scorecard methodology, and HRMS/PMS tools.

**Performance Management Cycle Ownership**
•
Lead the end\-to\-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid\-year reviews, annual appraisals, and probation evaluations.
• Facilitate performance review and calibration meetings with department heads and senior HR leadership.
• Ensure timely execution of bi\-annual and annual appraisal cycles through HRMS/PMS systems.
KPI \& Organizational Alignment
• Design, review, and align KPIs with organizational, departmental, and individual objectives.
• Collaborate with department managers to define and update KPIs using Balanced Scorecard methodology.
• Ensure continuous alignment of performance metrics with strategic business goals.
**HRMS / PMS \& Reporting**
• Manage and maintain performance data accuracy within HRMS/PMS platforms.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance tracking systems.
• Generate detailed performance reports, suitability reports, and contract/probation review reports.
**Performance Analysis \& Improvement**
• Analyze performance trends to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Recommend and implement improvements in performance management frameworks and processes based on best practices in fintech and global organizations.
• Support development and monitoring of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
**HR Process Development \& Policy Support**
• Review and update job descriptions in collaboration with department heads.
• Support review of HR policies, SOPs, employment contracts, and compliance documents.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR manuals and performance\-related policies.
**Stakeholder Collaboration \& Training**
• Conduct meetings with managers and employees for performance\-related discussions and feedback collection.
• Train employees and managers on performance management tools, processes, and best practices.
• Coordinate with HR Operations, QA, and Monitoring teams for performance input integration.
Strategic HR Contribution
• Drive strategic performance management initiatives across ACE Group.
• Support organizational goal\-setting and ensure cascading of objectives across all levels.
• Assist HR leadership in executing organizational R\&D for HR and performance systems enhancement.
**Job Requirements:**
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5\+ years of experience in Performance Management.
• Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, Balanced Scorecard, and performance systems.
• Hands\-on experience with HRMS/PMS tools.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Creative and professional writing ability for HR documentation and reports.
