Role Overview
As a
Lead Rehab Nurse
, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing services across detoxification and residential care, ensuring high standards of clinical practice, patient safety, and seamless coordination with internal teams and partner hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the nursing team, including scheduling and performance guidance
- Oversee detox admissions, including screening, assessments, and patient onboarding
- Administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions as per protocol
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Coordinate closely with psychiatrists, medical officers, therapists, and partner hospitals
- Maintain infection control, safety standards, and emergency preparedness
- Support patient recovery through compassionate engagement and health education
- Manage clinic operations, supplies, and equipment readiness
Qualifications \& Skills
- BSc Nursing / GNM (Registered Nurse)
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong clinical expertise with leadership experience
- Good communication and computer skills
- Experience in rehabilitation, detox, mental health, or addiction care is highly preferred
