Lead DevSecOps Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE | Type: Permanent, Full-Time
We recently had a brand new and exciting opportunity for a Lead DevSecOps Engineer to join one of the UAE's leaders in sovereign AI venture building, based in Abu Dhabi. The Lead DevSecOps Engineer will be responsible for the creation of the security function, leading on application and cloud infrastructure security. This will be a hands on high growth ownership position.
If you are a senior/lead cloud security engineer or DevSecOps engineer who thrives in hands on ownership role alongside leading on Cloud, Application and Infrastructure security who is keen to work for a UAE leader in sovereign AI then this would be the perfect next step for you. Ideally you will have experience in a startup/scale up environment.
Requirements for the Lead DevSecOps Engineer:
- 7+ years in Cloud Security or DevSecOps engineering and operating at a lead or ownership level now
- Strong cloud security experience in a multi cloud environment including working with Kubernetes and Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Experience implementing mitigation tooling and secrets management tooling
- Prior experience defining security practises/strategy within a startup would be beneficial
