Job Title: Wills \& Estates Lawyer Location: Vancouver, BC Salary Range: **$156k – $200k annually** Role: Hybrid Job Type: Full\-Time **About the Opportunity** A well\-established business law firm in Vancouver is seeking a Wills \& Estates Lawyer at the mid\-to\-year level. The position involves handling a variety of estate planning and administration matters while contributing to a dynamic legal practice. **Key Responsibilities** * Advise clients on estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney * Manage estate administration, including probate and court\-supervised processes * Collaborate with internal teams on matters involving tax, corporate, real estate, or family law aspects * Support knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team * Build and maintain strong client relationships to support practice growth **Qualifications** * Minimum 5\+ years of experience in wills and estates law * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to manage files independently and collaboratively * Excellent communication and client service skills **Notes:** We are looking for someone with at least 5 years' experience in wills and estates.
