The successful candidate will manage client relationships, provide legal advice, draft legal documents, and represent clients in negotiations or court proceedings. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in Legal Research, Analysis, and Writing * Experience with Drafting Contracts, Agreements, and Legal Documents * Litigation, Negotiation, Advocacy, and Dispute Resolution experience * Communication and Client Relationship Management skills * Strong Organizational and Time\-Management abilities * Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario * Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent legal education Given the volume of applications that are normally received, not all will be responded to.
