Position Overview
We are seeking a
highly analytical and proactive Lawyer
- Litigation \& Case Management to support legal operations and case management activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong litigation knowledge, excellent legal research skills, and the
ability to evaluate evidence, documents, and claims objectively
.
This role requires someone who can assess the merits of a case, determine whether a claimant's position is legally justified, and ensure that all ongoing matters are properly tracked, prepared, and managed before hearings and legal proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze litigation files, case studies, legal documents, and evidence.
- Evaluate the validity of claims and identify strengths, weaknesses, risks, and legal merits of cases.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, case summaries, and litigation strategies.
- Draft legal notices, pleadings, petitions, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Monitor and manage ongoing litigation matters and legal deadlines.
- Proactively track hearing dates, court sessions, and procedural requirements.
- Ensure all cases are properly prepared before scheduled hearings and legal proceedings.
- Organize and maintain case records, evidence, and supporting documentation.
- Communicate professionally with legal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Support case management and litigation activities in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Requirements
- LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
- LL.M. or specialization in International Law is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Litigation, Criminal Law, Civil Law, and Evidence Law.
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
- Ability to review documents and independently determine whether claims are supported by facts and evidence.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in litigation support, legal case management, or legal practice preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing legal matters.
