Our team handles client intake and onboarding, allowing our lawyers to focus on legal work. ⸻ **The Opportunity** We are expanding into new practice areas and are looking to work with motivated lawyers interested in building and growing their practice within a structured and supportive environment. ⸻ **Key Responsibilities** \* Manage and oversee files from onboarding through resolution \* Develop case strategies by analyzing facts, evidence, and applicable law \* Conduct legal research using platforms such as LexisNexis or Westlaw \* Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with clarity and precision \* Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and negotiations \* Negotiate settlements and support alternative dispute resolution processes \* Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather and assess information \* Maintain strong client communication and ensure high\-quality service \* Stay up to date with legal developments and procedural requirements ⸻ **Requirements** \* Licensed lawyer in Ontario \* 3–5 years of relevant legal experience \* Experience in at least one of the following: Civil Litigation, Family Law, or Immigration \* Demonstrated track record of independently managing files and achieving strong outcomes \* Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills \* Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines \* Professional, organized, and detail\-oriented ⸻ **Key Skills** \* Proficiency in legal research platforms (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw) \* Strong negotiation and advocacy skills \* Excellent legal research and analytical abilities \* Exceptional writing skills for drafting clear and persuasive legal documents \* Ability to think critically and strategically under pressure \* Strong communication and client management skills \* High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities ⸻ **What We Offer** \* Guaranteed minimum income \* Strong and consistent client flow \* Firm\-managed intake and onboarding process \* Administrative and operational support \* Opportunity to grow within an expanding practice \* Earning potential exceeding $300,000 annually, based on performance
