If so, you could be a great fit for our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers with various payment solutions. Your main goal is to deliver high\-quality service. **Typical Tasks Include** * Handling customer inquiries related to invoices and payment reminders * Providing support primarily via inbound phone calls * Assisting customers via email when required **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–22:00 (shifts include both daytime and evenings) You will begin your role with a **paid training program** , where you will learn both the technical aspects of the job and how to deliver excellent customer service. **About You** At Foundever, we value personality and attitude over previous work experience.
