**Role Description**
This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Toronto, ON, for a Key Account Sales Manager. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, identifying client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to align client objectives and business goals is also a critical aspect of this role.
**Qualifications**
* Proficiency in Sales and Account Management, with the ability to develop, track, and achieve sales targets.
* Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
* Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and cross\-functional teams.
* Experience managing Key Accounts, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
* Proven problem\-solving skills, negotiation skills, and an ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
* Minimum two (2\+) years of successful experience in Sales Coordination, Administration or Account management in either Consumer Packaged Goods or Hardlines serving Canada’s major retailers
* Must have excellent computer skills which include Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Passionate, driven, highly organized, enthusiastic, meticulous and a self\-starter
* Able to work independently and as a part of a team
* Ability to commute into the office located in North York
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Responsible for maintaining and growing our business and our product listings in assigned accounts, along with identifying and acquiring new accounts that increase the portfolio
* Partner with Senior Account Executive to develop account specific strategies to achieve and grow sales \& profits that align with the retailer and Incredible Group strategies
* In control of executing all aspects of the account functions including but not limited to business plans/line reviews, product presentations, item listings, monitoring purchase orders, and changes as needed, forecasting, product flow, promotional plans \& spend management, sales analysis, and any other day\-to\-day retailer needs
* Schedule and lead sales meetings with category managers/buyers
* Proactively identify account opportunities and needs, to establish strong relationships with category managers/buyers and retailers
* Works closely with all internal teams, including but not limited to; demand planning, purchasing, logistics, warehouse personnel, product development, and other sales teams
* Prepares and analyzes the business and accounts weekly, to develop any actions that address sales, inventory, product flow and exit strategies
* Keep up to date on customer and competitor trends, and generate a plan to ensure market objectives are achieved
* Trade show attendance and set up, as well as travel, may be required
