Our mission is to empower businesses serving high\-net\-worth individuals with seamless, reliable, and consistent service worldwide.  **Job details** We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our sales team and cover the USA and Canada markets. This is a hybrid role combining account management and new business development, requiring both strategic relationship building and a strong commercial drive. You will be responsible for growing and retaining an existing portfolio of high\-value B2B clients, while also identifying and closing new business opportunities across your region. Acting as a trusted partner, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, maximise their use of ROLZO, and ensure a consistently exceptional experience. This role requires a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast\-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can manage complex, multi\-stakeholder relationships across different time zones and cultures. **What you’ll do** * Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts across the USA and Canada * Drive revenue expansion within existing clients through upselling, cross\-selling, and increased adoption * Identify, prospect, and close new B2B clients within target industries (travel, lifestyle, luxury, corporate) * Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with decision\-makers and stakeholders * Deliver a white\-glove client experience at every stage of the journey * Understand client objectives and position ROLZO as a strategic partner * Drive and manage a robust sales pipeline across your region * Lead tailored outreach strategies and high\-impact client engagements * Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, marketing) to align on client needs and opportunities * Gather and relay client feedback to help shape product development and commercial strategy * Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting through CRM tools **Who you are** * Experienced: Proven track record in B2B sales and/or key account management, ideally in travel, luxury, mobility, Hospitality or SaaS * Commercially driven: Strong ability to both grow accounts and win new business * Relationship\-led: Skilled at building trust and influencing stakeholders at all levels * High performer: Consistent achievement or overachievement of revenue targets * Entrepreneurial: Comfortable operating in a fast\-growing, evolving environment * Global mindset: Experience working across international markets, ideally USA and/or Canada * Structured \& organised: Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline * Excellent communicator: Clear, persuasive, and polished in both written and verbal communication * Self\-starter: Proactive, resourceful, and results\-oriented with a strong sense of ownership **What we offer** * Competitive base salary * Attractive commission structure tied to performance * Opportunity to play a key role in ROLZO’s global expansion * High\-impact position with direct influence on revenue growth * Collaborative, ambitious, and international team * A culture built on excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement
