**🎯 What You’ll Do**
As
**Key Account Manager**
, you will report to the Sales Manager KAM.
* You develop and optimize the business relationship with several of Stanley Black \& Decker’s key customers. Through close collaboration the goal is to drive profitable growth and deliver top of class service.
* You implement the strategic plan with the customers, involving developing a tailor\-made marketing plan, optimizing assortments and leading contract negotiations.
* You are the first point of contact and are responsible for leveraging the internal network of support functions to deliver the best possible support for the customer.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategic Account Management \& Business Growth**
* Drive business growth through strategic collaboration with assigned key customers.
* Ensure sustained positive development in turnover and profitability for designated accounts.
* Develop, execute, and monitor annual key account plans for national customers.
**Sales Operations \& Execution**
* Oversee demand planning for baseline volumes per customer and maintain accurate forecasts for campaign and non\-standard Nordic range products, in alignment with the monthly S\&OP cycle.
* Maintain up\-to\-date status of all assigned key customer stores, ensuring all sales\-influencing activities are executed.
* Guarantee that all sales materials — including presentations and product information — consistently reflect the highest quality and represent the company professionally to customers.
* Collaborate with Sales Representatives to ensure the effective implementation of agreed plans and marketing activities.
**Communication \& Collaboration**
* Facilitate effective internal communication regarding current activities with assigned customers.
* Provide clear upward communication to support successful key account management at the Nordic level.
* Promote a positive working environment within the Nordic and local teams, encouraging optimal cross\-border and cross\-functional cooperation.

* 3 years in sales and national account management experience is ideal
* Knowledge of the local market ideal but not essential
* Industry or portfolio preferably
* Knowledge of retail strategies, practices and control
* Marketing and commercial skills
* High level of negotiation, communication and presentation skills
* Financial awareness – essential to drive and understand the numbers and for financial budgeting, analysis and planning
* Driving license
* English : fluent
