**Job Title: Key Accounts Manager**
**Location:**
Mumbai (Andheri East)
**Role Responsibilities:**
* Sale analysis, option and sale monthly/yearly projection.
* Keep an eye on all the team member, get the task done. Meet timeline.
* Good relationship with all brand senior member.
* Option and sale projection and action plan along with smooth on time execution.
* Excel data, review file, presentation, growth level discussion with brand.
* Market survey for new brand and option and price parity check for existing brand.
* Identify product and price point gaps and identify relevant suppliers on other market places along with FC.
* Manage a set of team along with 400\+ suppliers and work closely to help them grow their business on Firstcry.com through new product launches, promotions, insights on trends etc.
* **New seller on boarding –**
* Explaining business model, commission negotiations and onsite merchandising.
* Manage Day to Day operations to ensure timely order fulfillment, reconciliation of payments etc
* Curate product listings based on customer feedback related to quality, timelines \& delivery experience
* Weekly Sales Reporting and take corrective action to achieve the set goals
* Onsite Listings Management along with check on best seller and poor seller
* Monthly Seller review to identify areas of improvement and plan for the coming months to achieve the set goals Desired Skills and Competencies
* Graduate with min 2 years experience in apparel.
* Prior experience in Account Management, Business Development
* Strong analytical and reporting skills Associated Behaviors
* Excellent Communication Skills, Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
* Strong sense of ownership, intense in achieving results
* Excellent relationship building skills
