Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth \& Revenue Ownership
- Own overall business performance across key online accounts and drive sustainable revenue growth
- Manage sales planning, pricing strategy, profitability, assortment planning, and business forecasting
- Track category performance, competitor activity, pricing dynamics, and customer trends to drive faster decision-making
- Identify growth opportunities through promotions, visibility, and strategic planning
Account Management \& Operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with account managers and internal cross-functional teams
- Ensure smooth execution of business plans, promotions, launches, and operational activities
- Monitor inventory health, stock availability, fill rates, returns, and supply chain coordination
- Drive timely resolution of operational and account-related issues
Performance Marketing \& Visibility
- Plan and execute platform advertising campaigns to improve visibility, traffic, and conversions
- Optimize media spends and campaign performance to improve ROAS and overall efficiency
- Execute seasonal campaigns, sale events, and growth initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Monitor keyword rankings, share of visibility, and content performance
Data \& Analytics
- Build and track key business KPIs through dashboards and reports
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, conversion metrics, and campaign performance
- Generate actionable insights to improve growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Conduct A/B testing across content, pricing, creatives, and promotions
Catalog \& Conversion Optimization
- Ensure strong catalog hygiene and high-quality product content across all listings
- Optimize product listings for discoverability, conversion, and customer experience
- Drive improvements through enhanced content, keywords, images, and product page optimization
- Coordinate cataloging activities including product uploads, content updates, and listing management
Customer \& Growth Strategy
- Understand customer purchase behavior, pricing sensitivity, and product preferences
- Support customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase initiatives
- Work closely with marketing and category teams to improve customer journey and engagement
- Identify opportunities to improve ratings, reviews, and overall customer satisfaction
Business Model \& Channel Optimization
- Manage, improve, and optimize different business models including OR, SOR, and Omni operations
- Drive efficiency across pricing, inventory flow, fulfillment, and profitability within each business model
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth execution and scalability of business operations
- Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, customer experience, and revenue contribution across channels
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance overall business efficiency
Automation \& Process Improvement
- Improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency through automation and process optimization
- Streamline workflows for sales tracking, inventory management, and performance reporting
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive scalable growth initiatives
Preferred Skills \& Experience: Minimum 6-7 years of experience in below skills.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce business operations and online sales growth
- Experience in account management, business planning, and performance marketing
- Good analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of catalog management, conversion optimization, and digital merchandising
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills
