Then come to our "Insanely Customer Centric" Team and become a Certified International Specialist! **YOUR TASKS** * Customer management, strong client relationships, negotiate renewals and resolve customer issues. * Regularly update relevant departments such as business service support and operations on matters related to national customer key accounts. * Collaborate with various DHL entities to create and deploy strategies on a national level to improve the customers’ overall competitive advantage in order to maximize the customers’ lifetime value to DHL. * Responsible to manage sales and pricing activities over defined national customers portfolio. * Propose plans and recommendations to improve sales and provide customized support services to clients. **YOUR PROFILE** * Bachelor Degree (or equivalent). * 5\-7 years’ experience in major account management, preferably in the Express service industry. * Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, interpersonal, planning and organizing skills. * Can perform under pressure and take initiatives. * Should be able to focus on identifying and understanding each customer’s needs.
