Job Description

AVTECH Sweden AB is expanding and is now looking for a Key Account Manager to join our commercial team. In this role, you will work with the sales of our software services (SaaS) to airlines globally, with a focus on helping our customers to:

· Increase safety

· Save fuel, time and cost

· Improve sustainability

You will become part of a dedicated sales and marketing team working together to drive AVTECH’s continued growth in the global aviation market.

About the Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching and developing business relationships with new airline customers, as well as further developing relationships with existing customers.

The role involves full ownership of the sales process — from prospecting and initial contact to negotiation and closing. You will operate in an international environment where customer meetings take place both digitally and in person, which includes travel.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a clear hunter role and is motivated by driving complex B2B sales processes to completion.

We believe you have:

· Experience in strategic B2B sales

· The ability to independently drive sales processes

· A commercial and results-oriented mindset

· A technical interest and the ability to explain complex solutions in a clear and pedagogical way

· Experience selling to global companies is preferred — experience within the aviation industry is highly meritorious

As a person, you are self-driven, structured and accountable, while also enjoying working in a team and contributing to shared goals.
