Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team on a

permanent

basis. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and foster long-term partnerships within our key client base in Lahore, Pakistan. As a pivotal member of our sales force, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that maximize client value and contribute significantly to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets and strategic objectives for a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling software solutions, particularly in HRMS, ATS, and CRM domains.
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of prospective and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Leverage CRM software and data analysis to track account performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer support for all key accounts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years specifically in software sales.
  • Proven track record of selling HRMS, ATS, and CRM software solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Client Relationship Management, Sales Strategy, and effective Negotiation Skills.
  • Proficiency in Presentation Skills, Account Planning, and utilizing CRM Software for account management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Data Analysis and Business Acumen.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability in Problem Solving.
  • Proven ability in Forecasting and driving Upselling/Cross-selling initiatives.
  • Experience in developing and nurturing Strategic Partnerships.
  • Exceptional Time Management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Professional Marketer.
  • Fluency in English.
