**Junior Software Engineer \- Qualia** We're building the development platform for robotic foundation models. The research in embodied AI is moving fast—the tooling isn't. We're fixing that. We need another engineer who can ship fast, cares about craft, and wants equity in a company at the intersection of foundation models and robotics. **What Qualia does** Qualia lets robotics teams tune foundation models for robots, train reward models, generate synthetic data, and deploy, all through one platform. No PhD required. We're backed by Heartcore, Wave Ventures, Florent Capital, and CX2, with partnerships across NVIDIA, Google, and more. €2M\+ pre\-seed raised. **What you'd work on** Everything. SDK and inference, training pipelines, billing infrastructure, sim tooling, frontend, compute integrations. This is a small team \- there are no narrow lanes. **Stack:** Python, Rust, Terraform, PyTorch, JAX, Svelte, Postgres **What we're looking for** Strong engineer, backend\-leaning or full\-stack. You've shipped real products. Comfortable with ambiguity. Python proficiency required (Rust is a plus). Based anywhere in Europe or willing to relocate.
