The Junior School Coordinator will oversee the academic and administrative functions of students and staff within the junior school. Responsibilities include curriculum development, coordinating school programs, managing student and teacher schedules, fostering a positive learning environment, communicating with students and parents, and supporting youth development initiatives. The role also includes organizing training sessions and facilitating educational improvements in alignment with Engro's vision for community development and education. **Qualifications** * Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, students, and parents. * Experience in Education and Youth Development, with a passion for fostering growth in young learners. * Proven abilities in Educational Leadership and the oversight of school programs and operations. * Expertise in Training and team building to upskill staff and enhance teaching effectiveness. * Problem\-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team\-driven environment. * Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; relevant certifications in educational leadership or coordination are a plus.
