About the Role

VASL is looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for local and international clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process from job posting to offer stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate offer letters, onboarding documentation, and hiring logistics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress against open positions.
• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Strong headhunting and Boolean search techniques.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and maintain candidate relationships.
• Self-motivated with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
