Job Description
We are looking for a motivated graduate to join Schneider Electric’s Nordic Graduate Program in Sweden as a **Junior Product Application Engineer within Power Systems** . This role is designed for early‑career engineers who want to build strong technical foundations, gain hands‑on experience, and start a long‑term career while contributing to the sustainable energy transition. As a graduate at Schneider Electric, you will work closely with experienced colleagues on real customer cases, develop your technical and commercial skills, and grow both professionally and personally throughout the program. **About The Role** As a Graduate Product Application Engineer, you will join our Power Systems Sales team with a focus on **Medium Voltage secondary equipment** in Sweden. You will support presales activities and collaborate closely with sales teams, customers, contractors, and partners to deliver competitive and sustainable power solutions. You can be based in any of our offices in Sweden, with a preference for Stockholm. What you will do * You will support presales technical activities related to Medium Voltage solutions, working closely with sales teams and key partners such as panel builders, kiosk builders, and contractors. You will help support Medium Voltage solutions for end‑user customers either together with the sales organization or based on incoming requests. * You will contribute to recommending EcoStruxure IoT preferred architecture solutions and support discussions around system design and implementation. You will also support the promotion of our Medium Voltage hero offerings, including RM and SM Airset, in the Swedish market. * Together with customers and internal teams, you will contribute to solution definitions and provide support on technical topics such as feasibility, constraints, performance, and system principles. Collaboration and learning * You will work closely with end‑user sales, utility sales, panel builders, and contractors. You will collaborate across sales and marketing teams and continuously build your technical competence within Power Systems, Medium Voltage, and IoT‑based solutions. * Throughout the program, you will be supported in your development and encouraged to contribute to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment aligned with Schneider Electric’s values. Who you are * You are a recent graduate with a degree in Energy Systems Engineering or Power Systems Engineering and have a strong interest in electricity, power distribution, and sustainable energy solutions. * You are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to apply your academic knowledge in a real business and customer‑facing environment. You enjoy working in teams, are proactive, open minded, and result oriented. * You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Program details The program runs from September 2026 to May 2027 and is based in Sweden. This is a paid graduate program, and you will continue your career with Schneider Electric after the program concludes.
