Junior Power Platform Developer
Remote (Pakistan) · Full-Time · PKR 55,000 – 75,000/month
We are Zentrya Solutions, a US-registered software company delivering Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions to clients in the US, UK, and Gulf. We are hiring a Junior Power Platform Developer to work directly on live client projects.
This is not a training role. You will be building real solutions for real clients from day one.
What You Will Work On
- Power Apps Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps
- Power Automate approval flows, integrations, HTTP connectors
- Copilot Studio AI agents and chatbots for business use cases
- Power BI operational dashboards connected to live data
- Dataverse data modeling, security roles, relationships
- C# Plugins server-side logic for complex business rules
What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of hands-on Power Platform experience (internship or freelance counts)
- Experience working directly with real clients or stakeholders.
- A real working portfolio live apps, recorded demos, or screenshots with explanation
- Experience translating actual client or stakeholder requirements into working solutions
- Strong English communication written and verbal you will be on client calls directly
- Ability to work independently once requirements are clear
Strong advantage:
- Dynamics 365 CE experience
- C# Plugin and JavaScript customization experience
- Copilot Studio or C# plugin experience
- Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-300, PL-400)
Portfolio is our first filter
A candidate with 1 year of experience and 5 real client projects will rank higher than someone with 3 years of just theoretical work. We do not shortlist based on CV alone.
