Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Merchandiser located in Karachi. The Junior Merchandiser will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating with production teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong communication with clients. Additional responsibilities include assisting with sales strategies, supporting customer service queries, and providing effective solutions to customer requirements. The role also involves contributing to marketing efforts to enhance client satisfaction and brand reach.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
- Sales and Retail experience to support order management and customer interactions
- Marketing knowledge to contribute to brand promotion and client engagement
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in merchandising or a similar role within the textile or garment industry is advantageous
