The company is backed by top\-tier investors, operates in a mission\-critical regulatory environment, and offers substantial room for long\-term growth for candidates seeking to develop into senior legal leadership roles. **The Role** This position will play a key role in supporting a broad range of legal initiatives across commercial, product, and regulatory matters, including: * Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements * Advising internal stakeholders on product, compliance, and regulatory matters * Supporting legal operations for a fast\-moving technology business * Partnering cross\-functionally with commercial, product, and executive teams * Helping build scalable legal infrastructure as the company continues its rapid growth **Ideal Candidate Profile** **Required Experience:** * 1\-3 years post\-JD legal experience **Strong background in:** * Commercial contracts * Tech transactions * Product counseling * Regulatory advisory * Corporate / M\&A / ECVC with relevant regulatory exposure **Qualifications** : * JD from an accredited U.S. law school * Active U.S. state admission in good standing **Core Skills:** * Excellent legal drafting and negotiation capabilities * Strong redlining and contract management experience * Commercially minded and business\-oriented * Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance legal workflows * Highly motivated, accountable, and growth\-oriented **Location** * Austin, Texas **Compensation** * Base salary: $130,000 \- $180,000 * Meaningful equity package * Competitive benefits **Confidential Search** This mandate is being conducted on a confidential basis.
