**Junior Legal Counsel** We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join our Group Legal \& Compliance team in Stockholm. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your in\-house career in a global, listed company, working closely with senior stakeholders and across multiple business functions. **About the role** You will work with a broad mix of corporate legal, governance, and commercial matters, including: * Managing corporate legal processes such as board and committee materials, resolutions, minutes, and governance documentation * Supporting company law matters in Sweden and selected international jurisdictions, as well as listed company requirements * Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and NDAs * Providing pragmatic, risk\-based legal advice to business teams and cross\-functional projects * Contributing to the Group’s compliance and integrity framework, including internal policies and governance initiatives From day one, you will take ownership of defined areas, while gradually building your scope and responsibility as you grow in the role. **Who you are** * Swedish Master of Laws (LL.M.) * 1–3 years of relevant experience from a law firm and/or in\-house role * Strong interest in corporate law, governance, and listed company environments * Fluent in Swedish and English You are proactive, curious and motivated to develop as an in‑house lawyer in a listed‑company environment. You have strong analytical and drafting skills with attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You bring a pragmatic, business\-oriented mindset and can translate legal matters into clear, actionable advice. You are proactive, collaborative, and service\-minded, with high integrity and confidence to work with different stakeholders.
