**Junior Legal Counsel / NQ Legal Counsel** Fully Remote (England) \| Up to £50,000 \+ Benefits A leading international services organisation operating within an exciting sector is seeking a **Junior Legal Counsel** to join its collaborative in\-house legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor or junior commercial lawyer looking to develop their career within a highly respected global business with bluechip name customers. Working as part of a well\-established remote legal function, you will gain exposure to a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters while partnering closely with stakeholders across multiple business divisions. The Opportunity You will provide practical and commercially focused legal support across a wide variety of business activities, helping to manage contractual risk while enabling commercial growth within an innovative and fast\-moving international environment. Key Responsibilities: * Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and partners * Advising internal stakeholders on day\-to\-day legal and compliance matters * Supporting on commercial bids and tenders * Assisting with legal issues relating to data privacy, intellectual property, corporate governance and employment law matters * Contributing to the development and maintenance of legal templates, policies, and internal procedures * Providing commercially pragmatic guidance across international operations * Conducting legal research and supporting wider legal projects where required * Building strong working relationships across operational and leadership teams About You * Qualified Solicitor in England \& Wales with approximately 0–2 years’ PQE * Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills * Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider team * Commercially aware with a pragmatic and solutions\-focused mindset * Confident managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders * Previous in\-house exposure is beneficial but not essential What’s on Offer * Fully remote working arrangement * Salary up to £50,000 * Discretionary company bonus up to 10% of base salary * Competitive pension contribution * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
