Junior In-House Legal Counsel (AML & Compliance Focus)

**About the role**   Tavex AB is looking for a **Junior In\-House Legal Counsel** to join our team in Stockholm. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate (or someone about to graduate within the next three months) who wants to build a career combining practical legal work with regulatory compliance in the precious metals sector.   You will work closely with the company’s compliance and management teams, providing day\-to\-day legal advice and playing a key role in our Anti\-Money Laundering (AML) and regulatory compliance operations. The position offers a unique blend of traditional in\-house legal tasks and operational AML work in a dynamic, international group environment.     **Key responsibilities**   * Provide ongoing legal advice and support to management and the business on commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters * Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and internal policies * Conduct transaction monitoring, investigate AML alerts, and when necessary file reports to the FIU (Finanspolisen, FIPO) * Perform compliance checks related to anti\-money laundering (Penningtvättslagen) and the Act on Trade in Second\-Hand Goods (Lag (1999:271\) om handel med begagnade varor) * Contribute to the development and updating of internal routines, processes, and training materials * Communicate with relevant authorities and assist with regulatory reporting * Support the organisation by providing internal guidance and educational initiatives in legal and compliance areas   **Required:**   * Law degree (Juristexamen) – either recently completed (within the last 1–2 years) or expected to be completed in spring/summer 2026\.
