The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, as well as developing and implementing HR strategies and policies. The role involves organizing training programs, managing compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The HR Manager will also act as a trusted advisor to management on people\-related matters and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture. **Qualifications** Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related role Proficiency in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations Experience in HR policy development, compliance, and labor law understanding Strong organizational, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to lead training programs and manage employee development initiatives Capable of fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and positive workplace culture Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus) Familiarity with HR software and tools for payroll, attendance tracking, and performance evaluation Proven track record in managing HR operations in a fast\-paced environment
