About the Role
As a Junior Data Scientist, you'll help turn healthcare data into actionable insights. You'll support predictive analytics, patient outcome initiatives, operational reporting, and AI-driven healthcare projects while collaborating with clinical, product, and technology teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Analyze clinical, operational, and patient datasets
- Build predictive models to support healthcare decision-making
- Assist with patient outcome and operational analytics
- Develop reports and interactive dashboards
- Perform exploratory data analysis
- Improve data quality and validation processes
- Support AI-powered healthcare initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Automate recurring analytical workflows
- Document methodologies and findings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Understanding of machine learning techniques
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Knowledge of statistical analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in healthcare analytics and data-driven innovation
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of healthcare data or electronic health records (EHR)
- Experience with cloud technologies
- Exposure to APIs and large-scale datasets
