We are committed to supporting growth in a dynamic, innovation\-driven environment where data and technology shape the future. **About the Role** This role requires strong quantitative skills, experience working with complex datasets, and the ability to collaborate closely with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver data\-driven insights that support strategic and operational decision\-making. * Perform statistical analysis and data exploration to extract actionable insights from large datasets * Support the development and validation of predictive models to identify trends and patterns * Contribute to AI/ML model development and data\-driven solutions * Conduct exploratory data analysis to inform business decisions and operational planning * Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines for collection, processing, and integration * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to enhance data workflows and efficiency * Develop scripts and tools to automate processes * Support initiatives to improve data quality, structure, and accessibility * Apply analytical and experimental approaches to evaluate outcomes * Contribute to enhancing data systems and analytical capabilities * Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and optimization opportunities * Participate in team discussions and knowledge\-sharing sessions **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. **Required Skills** * Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar languages * Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau * Strong understanding of statistical methods and modeling techniques * Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and applications * Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases * Familiarity with cloud and big data technologies * Ability to communicate technical insights to non\-technical stakeholders * Understanding of analytical workflows and business requirements * Experience working with structured and unstructured data **Experience** 0–2 years of experience in data science, analytics, machine learning, or related fields. **Equal Opportunity Statement** * Why Hiring is an equal opportunity employer.
