Junior Data Scientist

**Role:** Junior Data Scientist **Location:** Bristol (hybrid) **Salary:** up to £40,000 Peaple Talent has partnered with a financial services company with an entrepreneurial and innovative view. They are looking for a Junior Data Scientist to join the team to help deliver accurate, scalable, and impactful reporting and analytical insights. **The Role:** * Write and improve SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyse data within Microsoft Fabric. * Build and maintain clear, user\-friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI. * Develop and support Python data pipelines, automation, and analysis tools. * Support the development of forecasting, segmentation, and statistical models where needed. **The Candidate:** * Confident using SQL to write advanced queries for extracting, transforming, and analysing data. * Experience using Python to support automation and data\-related processes. * Skilled in developing Power BI dashboards and reports, including the use of DAX and data modelling techniques. * Understanding of Microsoft Fabric or other modern cloud data platforms such as Azure Synapse or Databricks. * Strong grasp of core statistical concepts and analytical methods. **The Package:** Base Salary: up to £40,000 * Hybrid working * 25 days holiday * 8x life assurance Interested?
