Junior Business Operations

Corafone is an AI\-powered debt collection and accounts receivable management platform based in the US. We're an ambitious founding team with backgrounds from Askeladden \& Co and experience building companies in Norway and Germany – and now we're doing it again, this time in one of the world's most exciting technology markets. We're looking for a Business Operations resource to help us across a range of business functions. You will work in\-person meetings in Stockholm. This is a unique opportunity to get hands\-on experience building an international tech company from the ground up, working closely with an experienced founding team. We offer broad, varied experience across business functions, close collaboration with and direct mentoring from the founding team, and the opportunity to grow with the company over time. **What you'll do** * 📊 Accounting \& Finance – invoicing, expense tracking, and coordination with our accountant * 🗂️ Administration – calendar management, email, document handling, and contract follow\-up * 🧑‍💼 Recruiting – job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination * 📣 Marketing – content creation, LinkedIn, and newsletters * 💼 Sales \& BD – prospecting, CRM updates, and lead follow\-up **What we're looking for** * Structured, curious, and comfortable working independently * Eager to learn and not afraid to take ownership of new tasks * Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally * Strong English skills – we operate in the US market * Bonus: experience or interest in startups, fintech, or SaaS * Bonus: familiarity with AI tools in day\-to\-day work
