Junior Accounts Executive

QuickBooks

and

Microsoft Excel

but

zero hands-on professional experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry \& Record Keeping:

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including processing invoices, receipts, payments, and other transaction documents.

  • Bank Reconciliation:

Perform data entry and assist with the reconciliation of client bank statements and account balances.

  • QuickBooks Management:

Utilize QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) for daily bookkeeping tasks, data entry, and basic financial tracking.

  • Excel Reporting:

Use Microsoft Excel to organize financial data, create basic reports, and perform data analysis using formulas and formatting.

  • Financial Statement Preparation:

Support senior team members in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Accounts Payable \& Receivable:

Assist with processing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate entries.

  • Compliance \& Support:

Help ensure compliance with company policies and assist with other ad-hoc accounting tasks as required.

What We Are Looking For

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com), ACCA, ongoing CA or a related field.

Experience:

  • Zero hands-on experience required

. We are open to fresh graduates or candidates with no prior professional accounting experience.

Technical Skills (Must-Have):

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks

(Online or Desktop) – you should be familiar with its core functions for bookkeeping and data entry.

  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel
  • including basic formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data formatting.

Soft Skills:

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential data with integrity.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
